In a Freedom of Information Act, request into the contract between The Department for Work and Pensions and ATOS Healthcare, it was revealed that there are a list of Conditions and Categories for people being referred to them for a medical.

Update 04/05/13: There is now some confusion about this information and if it is applicable to ESA. There is some conflicting information out there at the moment and I will try my best to get this clarified for everyone. There is some suggestion that this contract is only applicable to DLA applicants. For more information see the source story.
